The book Distribution theorems of L-functions , Pitman Research Notes, vol 142, 1986, is out of print. For a brief description, click here . The (known) errata list is here.
A text book Linear algebra with applications, written with George Nakos, was published by Brooks Cole/ITP. The (known) errata list for the 2nd printing is here. This is now out of print and will not be reprinted. It is available at amazon.com (as of Oct, 2003).
Coding Theory and Cryptography: From Enigma and Geheimschreiber to Quantum Theory, which I edited, is published by Springer-Verlag. This is now out of print and will not be reprinted (as far as I know). It is not available at amazon.com but is available at a few other places online (buy.com and amazon.de, as of Oct, 2003).

Unpublished:

SM485c lecture notes, Mathematics of the Rubik's cube (283 pages): dvi, pdf, ps. The dvi, pdf, ps file of a set of notes which uses group theory to describe mathematical models for many mechanical permutation puzzles such as the Rubik's cube. It is an early version of the ``Adventures in group theory'' book above. The index is separate. For a compressed file of the latex source and jpg illustrations, download cube.zip (760K).
Thanks to Roberto Lopez Gulliver, there is now a compressed ps file with all the figures: cube0_ps.gz. On his page there is also a compress latex file containing the figures as jpgs.
