Abstract: In January 2003 the speaker met with a well-known admiral (to be revealed at the time of the talk). The speaker was asked about the topic of his research . After giving a few minutes of overview the reasons for the admirals interest was explained. Can you guess what the topic is? and the admirals interest in it?
